Hidden Heroes of Montgomery: In great historical movements, the people who become most well known are never exclusively responsible for what is achieved. In 1950’s Montgomery, Alabama, a community mobilized to fight against a broken system that denied them basic human rights. These are the stories of the unsung heroes who walked for 381 days as part of the Montgomery Bus Boycott, giving birth to the modern Civil Rights Movement.
